Hey, Guys, So today’s post is a little different as I am currently making my way over to Target Optical® to finally get fitted for ACUVUE®Brand Contact Lenses. To be honest I have been contemplating on getting contact lenses for quite some time. This may sound odd, but I struggle with selecting my outfits based on my eyeglasses. Seriously, there are some outfits that just don’t flow with my eyeglasses. So normally, whenever I shoot pictures for the blog I remove my glasses so that way I can capture the look that I want.
I started wearing glasses when I was about 10 years old and have always felt odd being the only one in class wearing them. I would find myself taking them off during class just so I could fit in with my classmates. Even as I got older and entered college going out to an event just felt so weird wearing glasses. So for me wearing contacts will finally allow me to show off my eyes and not have to hide behind my glasses.
Setting up my appointment at Target Optical® was very simple, I simply went to their website and entered my zip code which gave me a few options of the Target Optical® that’s closest to me. I then answered a few simple questions and my appointment was booked in no time.
The day of my appointment was a breeze, I was expecting to wait for a long time, but I was able to get in and get out! My eye doctor was very informative and polite and made me feel very comfortable. I am so excited to finally be able to see without my glasses.
Let me know in the comments below if any of your wear contacts or eyeglasses?
