What Is The Purposefully Styled Challenge

After 3 years of blogging about my style sharing style tips I’ve realized that many of you have the same struggles that I once had. If you search high and low, there aren’t many blogs that talks about  (developing) personal style. Rather than spending time pushing products and convincing you to buy, buy, buy. I wanted to create a solution to your problem.

It all started in college. I would spend my weekends at the nearest Forever 21, H&M or Charlotte Russe shopping for clothes all because I believed that I had nothing to wear. I would then take my newly purchased items home to my closet full of clothes and find myself frustrated that I had nothing to wear.

As a result, I found myself comparing my style to others. I assumed that I needed to spend more money in order to look good. I needed to stop shopping at fast fashion brands and spend more money to look stylish.

It wasn’t until I became a mom and my mentality around money, but also my experience in the fashion industry matured a bit

It was never that I had nothing to wear or that I wasn’t stylish enough. It was more so that I didn’t know that the key was maximizing what I already had.

Unfortunately, this is a problem for many women.

The problem is not that you don’t have anything to wear, the problem is that you’re constantly shopping for new items to wear, with no clue on how to style them.

While the Apparel Industry is a billion dollar business, leaving the average family to spend about $1700 on clothes.

BUT! We also know that women do not wear nearly half of their wardrobe!

In a world that pushes the over-consumption of products. Which really encourages women to continue shopping to fill this false void that doesn’t exist. It’s my job and life's mission to help women live a life that helps women to maximize their potential, starting with style.

What You will Get

The challenge is broken up into 5 modules :

Module 1: Assess Your Lifestyle: You will learn how to carefully assess your lifestyle, which in return will help you to properly strategize the way you shop and how you are organizing your wardrobe. By the end of this section, you will begin to think about how you want to look, feel and dress for each area of their life.

Module:2 How to Create your Go -To Outfit Formulas: You will learn my go to secrets when it comes to styling my clients. Creating outfits is a science that not many have. I will show you how to strategically maximize your wardrobe.

Module:3 Developing Your Shopping Strategy: most women are unsure of the mistakes they are making when it comes to their wardrobe. Usually, their shopping strategy is overlooked because we live in a world that teaches us to buy buy buy. So will get to the root of your shopping struggles and by the end of this module you will have a complete shopping list that fits your lifestyle, and you will understand how to maximize the items that you purchase by creating new outfit formulas.

Module 4: Developing a Color Palette: having a consistent color palette for your wardrobe allows you to maximize your wardrobe. While each piece works together, creating a cohesive collection. By doing this will allow yourself to wear more than half your wardrobe. The objective of this module is to be a eye opener showing you how to get the most of your wardrobe by shopping with a collection in mind versus individual pieces that will not work together.

Module 5: Putting It All Together: This module is just a quick overview of what you should have. I will walk you through my wardrobe workbook, showing you how I put my wardrobe together.

By the end of this challenge, you will have more clarity and confidence when it comes to putting your outfits together, you will have a clear shopping strategy when it comes to shopping for your lifestyle while saving some major coins.

No longer will you wake up frustrated because you have to wear the same t-shirt and jeans.
