My Go-To Fall Beauty Essentials

Fall is my absolute favorite time of the year because I can layer my clothes and shop for seasonal beauty products. This year I am really into eyeshadow and eyelashes with a bold red lip! This used to be a normal routine or me, but as my schedule filled up my makeup routine has gotten more simple. Over the weekend I made my way over to my local CVS to check out some of their latest beauty products. I decided to shop at CVS because they carry some of the latest and new products from brands I love and I can always find new items from emerging brands.
I also love the commitment they made to create new standards for beauty imagery. With this commitment, they introduced the CVS Beauty Mark. As you are shopping in their Beauty Department you may have already noticed that some of the images have CVS Beauty Mark in the corner or are labeled as “digitally altered.” Because I love this commitment to show a realistic standard of beauty to women, I am so excited to be working with CVS. If you didn’t know, I do not airbrush or do anything additional to my skin to make it appear blemish-free or “flawless.” I am always genuinely happy with the way my photos turn out. I try my best as a content creator to always share realistic beauty, and style that can easily be achieved by the everyday woman.
Ok so now let’s see what I was able to pick up!
The first product that I picked up was the Maybelline Soda Pop palette! I was so happy to get my hands on this because it was the last one available. The colors in this palette are perfect for me because they are very rich, vibrant and warm! Which is what I normally reach for during the Fall and winter months. The two colors I decided to wear are Cola Float, Root Beer, Cherry On Top, Tonic & Gingerale. I was pleasantly surprised at how they are so easy to blend and extremely pigmented!
To complete the look I also wore a pair of Ardell lashes in “105.” The pack that I picked up was a deluxe pack, which consists of two pairs of lashes, a lash Applicator, and a Duo lash Adhesive.
I was a little hesitant when applying the lashes, simply because it’s been such a long time since I’ve worn any. Thankfully the length was perfect and really brought this look together.
My favorite part of this look was the lips of course! I’ve never tried a lip crayon before, and I should have grabbed more of the Maybelline Superstay Ink Crayon! The Maybelline Superstay Ink Crayon has the perfect tip to line your lips. I grabbed the color Settle For More, I simply lined my lips with it and did not have to reapply this at all.
