Are Puff Sleeves In Style?

Puff sleeve tops have always been a favorite of mine. But, have always been hard to find because they were not always in style. A few weeks ago, I purchased two puff sleeve t-shirts from H&M and they have instantly become my favorite style of top. I’ve been wearing them when I film videos and make content for my IGTV and Membership.

While puff sleeves were most popular during the 80s it’s safe to say that they have made a come back.

How To Wear Puff Sleeve Tops

Because puff sleeve tops are such a statement, I think that less is more! Keep your look simple, with minimal accessories and a pair of basic pants. That’s the best part about these tops it makes you look like you tried to get dress, when in reality you probably didn’t have to try that hard.

Do Puff Sleeve Tops Make You Look Bigger?

It depends, on the type of puff sleeve top. While some tops are made to be more slim fitting and made like a basic t-shirt. There are some offer more of a box fit. If you don’t want yours to make you look bigger go for the ones that are made to fit like a t-shirt.

Berry Puff Sleeve Top- This top also comes in black,I personally have this in the berry color! I think this top will go great with a leather mini skirt and combat boots.

Polka Dot Puff Sleeve Top- Now if you’re feeling a bit dressy, then go for this top. I love the way the model in the photo has top styled with a basic pair of jeans.

Silk Puff Sleeve Top- Another favorite! I can see these paired with a fun pair of flowy wide leg trousers. Tuck in the shirt to ensure that the look doesn’t come out too bulky.

Chevron Puff Sleeve Top- I love those baker boy hats! Grab one of those and a mini skirt when wearing this look.

Knit Puff Sleeve Top- This top is a very casual. I think jeans or a pair of joggers will work with this look.

Printed Puff Sleeve Top- Lastly, is this printed puff sleeve top. Wear it with a leather skirt, leather pants denim jeans etc. The options are endless.
