The Starbucks holiday menu launches November 5, 2026, with new tiramisu drinks, apple refreshers and returning favorites including Peppermint Mocha. Red Cup Day follows on November 17, so those are two different coffee runs to put on your calendar.
I’m interested in the tiramisu situation, but I respect having a holiday order you refuse to change. This year’s lineup leaves room for both.
When does the Starbucks holiday menu come out in 2026?
November 5 is the date for the U.S. holiday menu. Starbucks has confirmed the launch in its official holiday announcement, which previews the drinks, food and merchandise arriving this season.
If you followed the Starbucks fall menu, you already know the release-date question tends to arrive well before sweater weather cooperates. This time, you can skip the guessing and decide what sounds worth ordering.
What’s new on the Starbucks holiday menu?
Tiramisu Velvet Latte
The new Tiramisu Velvet Latte comes hot or iced, finished with mascarpone cold foam and a cocoa-and-coffee dusting.
This is the one I’d try first. Tiramisu is already an excellent argument for ordering dessert, and I’m curious to see how the idea works as a coffee.
Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew
The Cold Brew version gets the same foam and dusting. If you’re choosing between the two, start with the coffee format you usually enjoy rather than assuming a new seasonal flavor means you need to change your entire order.
Apple Pomegranate Refresher and Snowy Apple
The Apple Pomegranate Refresher pairs apple flavor with pomegranate-flavored pearls. The Snowy Apple version adds coconut milk.
These are the new options I’d look at if I wanted a break from latte decisions. I’m not ready to rank drinks that haven’t reached the menu yet, but I appreciate a holiday lineup with more than one direction.
Which Starbucks Christmas drinks are returning?
The returning lineup includes Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte and Gingerbread Chai.
If your holiday order is already decided, there’s no requirement to audition a replacement. I’d try something new on a day when I actually feel like experimenting.
What holiday food is coming back—and what’s new?
The new food includes the Bearista Cake Pop and Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese. The Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich returns with a new recipe.
Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish are back, too. That gives you both sandwich and sweet-treat options, depending on whether the coffee run is standing in for lunch or simply improving the afternoon.
The cake pop is the cute decision. The sandwich is the decision I’d make before realizing I’ve been calling coffee a meal.
When is Starbucks Red Cup Day 2026?
Starbucks Red Cup Day is November 17, 2026. Customers who buy a handcrafted holiday beverage can receive a collectible reusable holiday cup at participating stores, while supplies last.
The important distinction: the holiday menu starts November 5; the reusable-cup event happens later. If the cup is what you’re going for, save November 17 rather than treating launch day as the giveaway.
The other Starbucks holiday dates to know
The merchandise calendar has a few dates of its own. Holiday Village, Bearista and Peppermint Mocha collections begin arriving November 5. The Glass Bearista Cold Cup Surprise Box Edition follows November 10, and Winter Wonderland arrives November 17.
The original Bearista Glass Cold Cup returns December 1 at select coffeehouses. These are separate merchandise releases, not one big drop.

Starbucks holiday menu questions
Are the menu launch and Red Cup Day the same day?
No. The holiday menu arrives November 5, while Red Cup Day is November 17. Keep the dates separate if you’re planning around the reusable cup.
When does the holiday menu end?
The announcement reviewed for this guide does not give one universal ending date. Check your local menu before making a special trip for a specific seasonal item.
Are grocery-store holiday drinks part of the November 5 launch?
Starbucks’ grocery coffees, creamers and ready-to-drink beverages have their own rollout. Its separate grocery announcement says those products began arriving earlier, so seeing a holiday bottle on a shelf doesn’t mean the café menu has launched.
I’d keep the first order simple: try the tiramisu drink in the format you already like, or reunite with the seasonal favorite you were waiting for. There will be plenty of time to make the second coffee run a different decision.
